I first “met” Becky when she graciously offered her services in a giveaway at That’s What Che Said. First and foremost, let me say – I NEVER WIN. Ever. Like evvvvvver. But this time… yup… WINNER QUINNER DINNER!
I thought it might be fun to show you how my Avatar came to life… and just how easy it was to work with Becky.
On a whim, I emailed Becky after winning to ask if she could design an avatar for me. She wrote back and said she’d LOVE to!

I emailed her some photos and a couple things about me (namely my laid-back approach to “fashion”… I use that term lightly in all things Dana). Curious what photos I sent her? Well I thought you might be!
Definitely a random hodge podge of photos… but I thought it might give her a good starting point. I told her I’m tall, blonde hair (at the time!), typically wearing a horseshoe necklace and casual clothes.
In a matter of days I opened my email to see THIS!:
Can you believe she even created Emma and Quinn for me! BONUS! Seriously guys – Becky is awesome. I shared the avatar with some friends and family. My coworker Erin’s first response – “Whoa! Glamorous Dana!”
Hmmm… she might have a point. It was summertime… which meant I was wearing sun dresses or capris and flip flops on a daily basis.
I emailed Becky asking if she could change up my outfit. And let me tell you – SHE NAILED IT.
The funniest part… the day I received this avatar I was wearing a blue v-neck, denim cuffed capris and flip flops. No joke. 
Yup… Nailed it. Boop!
I’ve had so much fun creating things with my avatar… including a new blog header (scroll up to see!), Facebook profile photo & cover photo, Twitter photo & background and an email signature!
I really can’t say enough good things about Becky. She was SO EASY to work with. I’ll absolutely be calling on her the next time I need some original artwork for my blog. She’s fast, friendly and affordable! Woop!

So I never really asked you guys… What do you think of my avatar? I just put it up and wondered if anyone would notice. SO many of you made sweet comments on Facebook and I think you for all your kind compliments!
